Aerospace Components

Stephens & Partners has several engagements with leading aerospace companies.  From our inception in 1998, component companies in the aerospace supply chain have been a major focus of our business.  We are currently working with strategic acquirers in flight controls and fluid handling, non-metallic components critical to the supply chain, lighting and display companies providing content to avionics integrators and component companies providing content in the cockpit of large airplanes.

Healthcare Fluid Connectors

Stephens & Partners has been  engaged by a leading third party designer and manufacturer of branded, disposable fluid connectors including barbed luer fittings, tube-to-tube fittings, blood pressure components, threaded fittings and many other specialty fittings and connectors specified by leading healthcare, life science and industrial OEMs around the world.  The Company offers an extensive line of over 3,100 fittings and connectors manufactured in an ISO registered cleanroom environment utilizing nylon, polypropylene, polycarbonate, acetal, ABS, polysulfone, and other engineered resins.  The Company is backed by a well known private equity sponsor.  We are seeking complimentary businesses and product lines of any size primarily serving the healthcare and life sciences end markets. Primary products of interest include barbed-end fittings, bondable fittings, check valves, stopcocks, manifolds, roller clamps, spikes and other infusion and fluid management connectors. 

Sporting Goods

Stephens & Partners has been engaged by a leading supplier of branded recreational action sports equipment including in-line skates, skateboards, bicycle accessories, protective equipment, bodyboards and fitness support products sold under the Company’s brands, as well as under many well known licensed brands.  The Company is backed by a well known private equity sponsor.  We are seeking complimentary sporting goods equipment businesses and branded product lines with annual revenue of at least $10M serving the sporting goods and mass market retailers. 

Outdoor Products

Stephens & Partners has been engaged by a leading supplier of branded outdoor recreational products including instant canopies, custom canopies, trampolines, and folding sports chairs sold though sporting goods, mass market and home improvement retailers.  The Company is backed by a well known private equity sponsor.  We are seeking complimentary recreational products businesses and branded product lines with annual revenue of at least $10M serving the sporting goods, mass market and home improvement retailers.

Medical Device Contract Manufacturing

Stephens & Partners has been engaged by a leading medical device contract manufacturer which offers a broad range of integrated outsourcing capabilities such as design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and logistics to the world’s leading medical device OEM’s.  The Company is backed by a well known private equity sponsor.  We are seeking contract manufacturers with annual revenue of at least $10M serving OEM’s in the healthcare and life sciences markets.
