the universe of potential acquisition targets.
After performing an in-depth analysis of the target

comprehensive master database of the target
universe, capturing critical industry and company
specific data. Even within markets in which
our client currently competes, Stephens is typically
able to uncover previously unidentified and highly
attractive acquisition targets. |

Three - Target
Profile and
prioritize the list of most desirable targets.
We undertake a comprehensive and thorough research
and interview process to uncover information that is
not publicly available in order to provide strategic
insight on the target, its products, customers and
competitive position. The Stephens Process of
"target mapping" provides a unique visual aid that
assists the client in an evaluation of current
market position and often results in an expansion of
the universe of attractive acquisition targets.

with the client to develop a customized approach
